Welcome
My own journey of improving my emotional intelligence has shown me just how important the awareness of our emotions, our thoughts and behaviours is, to our mental health and wellbeing.
Early interventions, working with children and parents, allows for them to learn and engage healthily with their emotions, whilst leading to many benefits and lifestyle skills to add to their personal growth toolkit.
I offer bespoke Coaching, Mental Health support and Mindfulness support to help you to identify and achieve your goals. Because everyone is different, I adapt the way I work to your style and needs, to ensure that you have the most effective coaching experience.
I use a range of coaching approaches with my clients, and create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for us to work.
Most importantly, I will be your supporter and your challenger, supporting you in what you want to achieve, and challenging you through thought provoking questions and ideas.
Services
Coaching
As your Coach, I will work in partnership with you. I will utilise skilled questioning, gentle challenging and unwavering support to help you to:
• Identify what you truly want (which is often different to the things we think we “should” do because society, friends, family, boss, etc has suggested a course of action)
• Work out a plan of action
• Stay on track towards your goal – managing any obstacles or challenges you may meet along the way
• Achieve and celebrate your success!
Coaching is a structured approach which incorporates several techniques and approaches, including those based on psychology, leadership theory, neuroscience and sociology.
The coaching journey is thought-provoking, fulfilling, and inspirational. Being coached allows you to discover more about yourself, spend focused time on you, be supported to challenge self-doubt, increase motivation to change, achieve and succeed.
Coaching is completed 1 to 1 or as a family, contact me to find out more and to arrange a free initial consultation.
Parent Advice
Parenting is often an overwhelming sea of Should I ?, Could I ?, How do I ?, What next?.
We want the best for our children and for them to be happy and healthy, but with so many external factors impacting their thoughts, feelings and behaviours we can often feel lack of control, uncertainty, worry and much more.
I have experience both personally and professionally, supporting children sensitively with their emotions. I want to provide parents with tools that reassure, guide and signpost to additional resources/ information. Online parent groups will equip you with strategies and concepts to help you navigate parenthood, as well as connect with other parents to share experiences.

Testimonials

I was getting nowhere with my weight and exercise I approached GENA and in six week I have achieved so much I am exercising for at least 5 hours a week and i feel I am forming good habits for life and I am 56 so it is never too late.
With GENAs support and encouragement I have made these changes I am ready to tackle the next six weeks of weight loss bringing me into 2021 so I say bring it on!
Thank you so much Gina.

From where I was 12 months ago to now, is quite honestly a miracle!
Gina carefully planned her sessions so that the “lesson” was learned at exactly at the right time. She gently introduced the coping strategies, so that I gradually built up a defence mechanism, which is now solid.
I would highly recommend Gina, I have seen several therapists over the last few years and in my opinion, Gina is head and shoulders better than any of the others

I always saw therapy as ‘talking’ and Gena has shown me that’s not the case.
She’s supported me to express how I feel through more than the spoken word, which made it easier to communicate, somehow.
I always felt I was being sincerely listened to, and this has allowed me to learn a lot about myself, which in turn allows me to understand my needs at any given time.
